The Tiger Bay Club of
Volusia sponsored a Debate between
David Biddulph and John Charles Thomas at 12 Noon in the Indigo Lakes
Conference Room. David Biddulph is a semi-retired
entrepreneur and citizen activist who co-founded the
Vote On Taxes Committee. John Charles Thomas is the
Director of Policy and Political Affairs for the Florida
League of Cities.
