welcomed guest speaker Dr. Frank Farmer, the
Florida Surgeon General. Farmer, 69, a Florida native
and Stetson University graduate, is a doctor of internal
medicine who has served as the head of both the state
Board of Medicine and president of the Florida Medical
Association.
