April 29, 2008 Tiger Bay Club of
Volusia
welcomed John Kitzhaber, a former
emergency physician, legislator and two-term Governor of
the State of Oregon at the April 29th meeting. He
is the past President of the Oregon State Senate where
he authored and implemented the ground-breaking Oregon
Health Plan.
